Is the Outside Staged?

southwest homeAre you considering putting your place on sale, but uncertain where to start? Scared it will take too much time to sell, or that you will not get the price you want? Think about staging your house, or put simply, setting the scene for immediate buyer interest in your property.

To be actually effective, you must look at both the outside and the interior of your house. Go stand in the street to see what clients see when driving up to the house. So even if you have spent the time and cash to mend the inside, it would all be wasted if the clients get a bad first impression as they drive up to the house. Don’t forget the yard.

Pull up weeds, water plants, do some sweeping ( if that is applicable in your case ) and perhaps even purchase new furniture or accessories (plant pots, bird homes, for example.) And the most important end of all? Imagine yourself as a potential buyer having a look at your property for the first time. What impressions are you getting? Would you purchase your house? What do you want to see modified before you put an offer on your house?

Don’t stress about spending money because with an excellent plan for listing your home with a qualified real estate agent, you can recuperate your investment when your place sells.
